We are often asked for advice on professional services. We always recommend that you use certified professionals and that you seek out recommendations from trusted sources plus a quote/draft contract for the service you need before engaging anyone.
The services listed below are provided independently of Age in Spain and we cannot be responsible for any actions as a result of you contacting them or contracting with them for a service, whether via Age in Spain's email link or any other means.

Legal Services - dual qualified Spain/UK
Do you need a lawyer to help you move to Spain?
Claudia Font is a Spanish and UK dual qualified lawyer, based in England, to help you with every aspect of your Spanish journey. Ideal if you have legal matters to manage between the UK and Spain. For property purchase or sale, power of attorney and wills.

Legal services - will writing service
Need a will to cover your assets in Spain and elsewhere?
This service is provided by a fully qualified Spanish lawyer with experience of helping English speakers in Spain. The will is written in Spanish, with a copy in English, so you know exactly what it contains.
The service is completely confidential.
Your enquiry is free - there is no up front fee.
You will be given a personal quote for the service of your choice by the lawyer.
The lawyer will:
Check the status of any will you currently have
Explain the rules about inheritance that apply to your personal situation (whether you are resident in Spain, the UK or elsewhere)
Help you make a new will (either in addition to your current will, or to replace it) that is valid in Spain and if needed, internationally
​The will making service cost of the complete service, including the notary fees is €225 for a simple will that is valid in Spain and internationally. There are no extra charges.
If you have more complex circumstances, the lawyer will give you a personalised quote in advance so that you know exactly what the service will cost.

Health Insurance
Whether you are looking for health insurance as part of a residency or visa application or just to give you peace of mind, navigating the different offers can be confusing and stressful, especially if you don't speak fluent Spanish. This will not affect the independence or quality of the help we give you. We will always be transparent with you to help you ensure you can make an informed decision about the policies in order to best meets your requirements .
Medical Certificate in Spanish for visa applications
If you need a medical certificate to support your visa application, this is a fast and cost effective one stop service.
We connect you with an English-speaking doctor in Spain, who can give you the required official Spanish medical certificate which meets the Spanish Government’s Health Regulations.
This certificate is a Spanish document and so does not require legalisation or translation.
